Too frequently, a flagship program creates positive outcomes for some, but not all, students.  This breakout session provides a method for describing who is and isn't participating in college level coursework in high school.  We will look at a data-based process for identifying students who should be successful in college level courses, the barriers that must be removed, and the supports that need to be in place to ensure success.
